WEIGHT MANAGEMENT COURSE

We offer a monthly, in person weight management course. It is evidence based, holistic and aims to help you achieve you weight loss goals in a sustainable way. We will guide you through a targeted health assessment, dietitian referral, investigations and any interventions that may help you reach your goals.
Course material, with exercises, will be provided on a list of topics including:

Satiety
Mental Health
Sleep
Exercise
Metabolic Health
etc.

GUIDE TO MEDICATIONS

This is a brief guide to a number of the most common medications used to assist people to achieve their weight loss goals. More in depth information will be in the Patient Information Leaflet that accompanies the medication and we can discus the options at a consultation.
